Will our staff have to stop using Outlook?

No. The platform uses standard Exchange protocols, so Outlook on Windows and macOS connects the same way it always has. From the user's perspective, little changes beyond the server address in their profile.

What happens to our existing mail and calendar data?

We migrate it. Your mailbox history, calendar events, contacts, and any shared mailbox content come across as part of the migration process. Nothing is lost, and everything remains accessible in Outlook after cutover.

How long does the migration take?

It depends on mailbox count and total data volume. Most small to mid-sized organizations complete migration within a single maintenance window, typically a few hours overnight. Larger environments may use a phased approach over several evenings. We'll give you a realistic timeline after the assessment.

Can we connect our mobile devices?

Yes. iOS and Android devices connect via ActiveSync, the same protocol used with Exchange. Mail, calendar, and contacts sync automatically. We'll walk through device setup with your team if needed.

Is the data actually in Canada?
